If you are planning to attend the BMW Club AGM on April 26th at the Sudbury House Hotel and want a free lunch please phone or e-mail Rosemary Hicks to let her know. The National Club is paying for the lunches but we need to know how many lunches to order. You can still come to the AGM but unless you have pre-booked your free lunch you will not get one on the day! If you want dinner in the evening as well then you also need to send Rosemary your menu choice together with the payment for the meal.

Hi John, all club members should attend the AGM if possible. The BMW Club is a limited company and each member is a shareholder as well (£1). This is your chance to influence the direction of the club and to support those members who are giving up their time to stand for office. There will be an open discussion after the formal AGM meeting is over on new ideas for the club, a talk by Pat & Ness Garrod on their round the world trip, visits to the Metisse Factory and generally it is a good social occasion. Did I mention your free lunch?
