We are planning a weekend trip to the Hotel Collingwood in Bournemouth. The cost will b£115 per person for dinner, bed and breakfast for two nights, based on two people sharing a room. We have reserved 10 double and 6 twin rooms. Booking will open on 1st of December and rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Dear all, We have booked to join you at the Bournemouth Hotel Weekend and have sent our deposit cheque to Geof, however I failed to make a note of the date of the weekend trip. Can you let me know what it is so we don’t double book. We really want to attend this one having missed the BBQ at Savanack and the Christmas meet at Uffington.
