12 double/twin rooms have been booked at the following locations:
Night 1: Wednesday 29th Sept. Premier Inn, Seaward Way, Minehead, TA24 6DF.
Cost: £35 per night. Breakfast optional – usually £8.99 Parking: £4 (maybe negotiable)
Night 2 – Thursday 30th September 2021- Premier Inn, Carwin Rise, Hayle, TR27 5DG.
Cost: £42 per night. Breakfast optional – usually £8.99 Parking: free
Payment arrangements
To secure this number of rooms at an advantageous rate, James has paid for these rooms at the time of booking.
Therefore, you are asked to make payment (to cover the basic room rate only) shortly after booking a place on the tour. Payment for breakfast/parking (which is additional) is made on an individual basis direct with the hotel. A booking can be cancelled up to 28 days before arrival, for a full refund.
Once you have booked a place on the Oxford Meetup page, please make an online payment within 10 days for £77 (£35 + £42) to reserve your rooms. You will need to be logged in as a registered user to view the payment details below:

Cancellations
No later than 28th August, email James (james.oshea@bmwoxford.com) with your cancellation request. Your booking will be cancelled and your payment will be returned by online transfer.
