With uninterrupted views across Morecambe Bay, yet 10 minutes from Lake Windermere, this Victorian-built hotel has a cracking location. A mile outside the National Park, 20 minutes from the M6 and on the northern edge of Morecambe Bay, Netherwood Hotel makes a good choice if you want easy access to the Lakes (10-minute drive to Lake Windermere, and a further 10 to 20 minutes to Bowness and Hawkshead) but a seaside location.
