Bahnstormer Motorrad recently announced the passing of Eddie Cheung, who was well known to many in the BMW Club Oxford. On Friday Bahnstormer organised ‘Eddie’s Final Ride’ where customers and friends who have known Eddie were able to accompany him on his last ride to the Easthampstead Park Cemetery and Crematorium.

Alistair had thought there would be 50-70 motorcycles in attendance, but I think there were even more with our Police escort it made an impressive sight passing along the Duke’s Ride in Crowthorne. I went on my R1250RT, one of three RTs that Eddie had sold me over the years. I am sure all those who knew Eddie will miss him greatly. It was always a pleasure to see him at Bahnstormer Alton to talk about bikes, and cars as well!

It was a very good and moving day to see so many people gathered together to remember a friend.  There were some interesting bikes on the ride, mostly BMWs (!) here is a selection of photographs from the day.
