A couple of weeks ago I mislaid the protective cover for the bike mount for my Zumo. Keen to obtain a replacement I emailed Garmin to see if it was possible to obtain a replacement cover or would I need to purchase a complete new mount. After a couple of days they replied to say they were sending me a replacement free of charge! Unfortunately when the cover arrived I found they had mistakenly sent me the battery cover for the Zumo. This cover I returned to Garmin and to my delight then received the correct cover by return of post so many thanks to Garmin.

Hi Tim, glad they sorted you out with the cover. I have had good experience of Garmin but the queues on the phone lines can be very long to get through! The new Mac software is good as well so I can’t complain.
