  3. Hi latest I saw was that the law comes into force in France July 1st and he police will prosecute from November 1st (apparently). I am not 100% sure that a reusable breathalyser is OK, mostly people have spoken of disposable ones ? Anyway this is confusin as usual so perhaps best to play safe.
