Oxford Section BBQ 15 August 2021 at The Enstone Flying Club!
Members will need to book their BBQ tickets by Friday 30th July so that Enstone can order the food and drink. Booking is essential and there will be no tickets available on the day.
The Enstone Flying Club will provide the BBQ for us which means the cost will be £12.50 per member or associate (the Oxford Section is subsidising the event by the amount equivalent to the cost of the BBQ in a normal year).
Please email Zenon Krafft, zenonkrafft@gmail.com, with the names, membership numbers and any special dietary requirements of those attending. Members can purchase additional tickets for family members and friends, but only the member and associate member will qualify for the reduced rate. There are no special arrangements (such as child meals) for children.
Tickets are £12.50 for members and associates, and £15.00 for everyone else. Payments must reach the Club account by Friday 30th July. We will offer a free associate membership to anyone paying for a full-price ticket who qualifies for associate membership. See our Membership Secretary, Rosemary, at the BBQ where she will be happy to register the new associate member.
